I loved this book. I have a copy of my own that I return to regularly for information; I donated a copy to the local library; and I have a "loaner" copy to share with friends.
Dr. Campbell's book demonstrates that people can take control of their health by making good food choices. We don't have to fall prey to heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer. We can choose instead to be healthy throughout our lives and as we age. Dr. Campbell's professional credentials are impeccable and make the truly radical diet change (for most Americans) that he advocates completely rational.
Some will find parts of this books to be more science than they bargained for. Others will find some of the "food politics" troubling. But every aspect of this book is well thought out and essential toward the goal of changing the way we think and the way we eat
In the United States, diabetes is an epidemic. Hundreds of millions of dollars a year are spent to treat the disease. Especially with respect to young children, who are not responsible for their own diets, it's tragic that various government agencies and the medical establishment refuse to avail themselves of this excellent body of information.

The impact of the books findings is enormous! This is the most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted. You will not be able to put this book down. It is a gift to humanity. I only hope its wisdom shall be heeded by the many, not the few, so that we can begin to heal ourselves and restore the intended balance between Nature, the animals and human beings. Customer Review: Don't waste your money
This book is a waste of money. There is basically 3 or so poses that you use weights with. Save yourself some money and just use your own imagination on how you could use a weight in say a Warrior pose, or a side plank pose, or chair pose and you'll be ahead of the game.
Customer Review: I Was Surprised and Pleased
As a yoga teacher I buy many videos to see what others are doing. I was pleasantly surprised to see and experience this video. It is done with mindfulness and is very effective. If it becomes too easy to do the tree, I have my students close their eyes; now when that becomes too easy I will have them use light weights. The speed in which this is done is to avoid injury and I thank the instructor for that.
